We understand our clients' needs vary from person to person, and each situation is unique. As a Preferred Home Buyer client, we will customize a home buying plan suited to your needs. Once we know you want to work with us, we can commit ourselves to working with you. In other words, you'll always be a priority which means you get the first calls and notifications on new home listings, first showings, better communication ... and up to a $10,000 cash rebate at close of escrow. It's a win-win for everyone.
Here's how the program works:
1.) Schedule a call or meeting. Yes, we need to talk and see if we're a good fit. You know, good vibrations.
2.) Based on our conversation, we'll set up a custom search that notifies you of home listings that match your criteria.
3.) We'll provide a Buyer's Agency Agreement which explains our working relationship. We'll want this signed during your first home showing. (Note: this can easily be cancelled if you decide not to work with us.)
4.) If you find a home of interest, call Dean and Paul for more information or to schedule a showing. (If you talk with other agents, be sure to let them know you are working with us.)
5.) If you decide to buy the property, we'll write up the offer, submit it to the listing agent, and negotiate on your behalf to get the best price and terms.
6.) If your offer is accepted, we'll handle all the details, everything from opening escrow and scheduling inspections to completing the paperwork and handing over the keys.
7.) You can apply your cash rebate towards your closing costs or be issued a check after close of escrow.
How much cash back will I get?
You will get 10% of the buyer's agent commission. For example, if you purchase a home for $1,000,000 with a 2.5% buyer's agent commission, your cash rebate would be $2,500. Put a home into escrow within 30 days of working with us and we'll DOUBLE IT!
